Tara - I have one word for Tara - wonderful. Okay, maybe two. Fantastic! Living out of state, and not able to do a walk-through, tara sent videos to me of each room and outside. We made an offer the next day, which, fortunately, was accepted the next day, due to her strategy. Tara was there for me throughout the entire process, keeping me in the loop with texting and photos.
